A lobbyist claims she felt harassed and intimidated by way of a Scottsdale lawmaker and her future husband after getting intimately explicit pictures for the few, and that a report that is sweeping intimate harassment during the state Capitol would not accurately portray her allegations.
The lobbyist stated in a sworn deposition that she thinks Brian Townsend, then an aide to your governor, had been soliciting her for intercourse with him along with his future spouse, state Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita, when he delivered her nude images of Ugenti-Rita.
The lobbyist stated she thinks Ugenti-Rita, R-Scottsdale, knew in regards to the photos during the time.
The info became general public Tuesday included in a lawsuit that is ongoing previous state Rep. Don Shooter, himself expelled by the House of Representatives during the early 2018 for lewd, improper behavior toward ladies.
